ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioners apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police, they filed this petition for anticipatory bail.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that only complaint has been given against the petitioners and that FIR has not been registered.

4.I am of the view that the interest of justice will be served by issuing following directions :

(a) The petitioners will not be summoned to the police station, unless it is given in writing.

(b) If any FIR has been registered against the petitioners, the respondent will give due intimation to the petitioners. So that the petitioners can approach the appropriate Court for the relief of anticipatory bail. In other words, the petitioners will be given sufficient time for breathing to move the Court. 5.Subject to these conditions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
