PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the Family Court, Kanyakumari at Nagercoil to dispose of the petition in Cr.M.P.No.186 of 2021 pending on his file which has been moved for cancelling the order in MC No.44 of 2014 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate,Kanyakumari at Nagercoil by order dated 12.08.2015 expeditiously within a time frame prior to the disposal of the petition in Cr.M.P.No.13 of 2021 pending on the file of the said Family Court. ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the Family Court, Kanyakumari at Nagercoil to dispose of the petition in Cr.M.P.No.186 of 2021 pending on his file which has been moved for cancelling the order in MC No.44 of 2014 passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate,Kanyakumari at Nagercoil by order dated 12.08.2015 expeditiously within a time frame prior to the disposal of the petition in Cr.M.P.No.13 of 2021 pending on the file of the Family Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petition is pending without any progress.

3. Under such circumstances , there shall be a direction to the Family Court, Kanyakumari at Nagercoil to dispose the case pending in Cr.M.P.No.186 of 2021 within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report compliance to this court after completion of the proceedings.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
