C-60.To entirely relax the condition of daily appearance imposed by this Honble Court in Crl OP(MD) NO.695 of 2026 dt.20.01.2026 or in the alternative, modify the condition to as and when required by the Respondent police, and thus render justice.

ORDER

The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.695 of 2026 dated 20.01.2026.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly. Further, the investigation is pending.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.695 of 2026 dated 20.01.2026. Accordingly, the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.695 of 2026 dated 20.01.2026 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on first working day of every week at 10.30 a.m.
