J U D G M E N T

(Judgment of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.) Aggrieved over the order dated 25.03.2022, passed by the Writ Court in W.P(MD) No.459 of 2022, the writ petitioner in the said writ petition, has come up with this writ appeal.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 has produced the proceedings of the Director (ADW), Chennai, in br.K.vz;.v2/8215/2021 dated 28.10.2022 and submitted that since the sixth respondent has been transferred on promotion to the Government Adi Dravidar Welfare Higher Secondary School, Kottamedu, Karur District, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ appeal.

3. Recording the above submission, this Writ Appeal stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
