Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The fence put up by the contemnor has been removed. The board installed by him has also been removed. It is for the petitioner herein to pursue final decree proceedings already initiated by him. I make it clear that the order passed by this Court for conducting survey will not in any way affect the rights of the petitioner herein. The contempt petition is closed.
