2. Today, reports had been filed by the District Collector, Sivagangai District and the Superintendent of Police, Sivagangai District. An affidavit had been filed on behalf of the Additional Chief Secretary. We would like to examine the same in detail and pass a detailed order.

3. Call on 22.10.2025. Any official from the Home Department at the level of Joint Secretary and if not possible definitely at the level of District Secretary shall be present before this Court on 22.10.2025.
