Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.SHANKAR M, Advocate for the petitioner and of MS.ANANDHADEVI, Government Advocate, for the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the State. 2.According to the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side), the petitioners are complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly and the investigation is completed and final report has also been filed.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the compliance of the earlier condition and the prevailing COVID-19 situation, the condition imposed on the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4.This petition is ordered, accordingly.
