This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner in respect of a civil subject matter in connection with the petitioner's property in T.S.No.1485/2, TPK Road, Ward No.32, Madurai.

2. Mr.S.Rathinavelu, Special Sub-Inspector of Police, Thideer Nager Police Station, Madurai City is present. On instructions, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that on the complaint given by one Jerina Begum, an enquiry has been conducted by the 2nd respondent police and the case has now been transferred to the file of All Women Police Station, South Gate Police Station.

3. Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition by impleading the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, South Gate Police Station.
