Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to direct the learned I Additional District Court, Madurai, to dispose the G.W.O.P.No.109 of 2022 on his file as expeditiously as possible and within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

This civil revision petition is filed for a direction for speedy disposal of G.W.O.P.No.109 of 2022.

2. The learned I Additional District Judge, Madurai, had submitted a communication, in which the difficulties are mentioned by the learned Presiding Officer, in view of the fact that there is a double murder case etc., which are

being dealt with by the same Court. However, considering the fact that GWOP is of the year 2022 and the workload of the learned I Additional District Judge, Madurai, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned I Additional District Judge, Madurai, to take up G.W.O.P.No.109 of 2022 for expeditious disposal as early as possible, in any event, not later than within a period of one year from the date of receipt of the copy of the order. No costs.
