Mr.S.RAJASEKAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.15687 of 2023 in Crl.A.(MD).No.989 of 2023, dated 08.11.2023.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that as per the direction of this Court, the petitioner is complying with the Conditions imposed by this Court regularly and hence he prayed to relax the condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.
4. Considering the submissions made on either side, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to report before the Additional Special Court for POCSO Act Cases and Sessions Fast Track Mahila Court, Kanyakumari at Nagercoil on the first working day of every English Calendar month at 10.30 a.m,.
