ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 15.11.2019, wherein the petitioner is seeking for cancellation of the patta issued in the name of the impleaded third respondent.

2.The case of the petitioner is that the subject property was originally owned by the husband of the petitioner. On his demise, the petitioner claims that she along with her son became entitled to the property. The son of the petitioner predeceased her.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that her grandson, who is the third respondent herein, has fraudulently managed to get a patta in his name for the entire property. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner made a representation to the 2nd respondent seeking for cancellation of the patta. 4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2.

5. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to act upon the representation made by the petitioner, after affording an opportunity to the petitioner and the impleaded third respondent and pass orders strictly in accordance with law within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. The petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the second respondent enclosing all the relevant documents along with a copy of this order.

7. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
