This petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint, dated 31.08.2016.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions, would submit that the petition enquiry has been conducted and closed.

Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with a direction to the second respondent police to furnish a copy of the closure report to the counsel for the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not furnished already to the petitioner and on receipt of the same, it is open to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law.
