ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 420, 465, 468 and 471 IPC in Crime No.22 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution, as per the de-facto complainant, is that the petitioners along with other accused had taken an amount of Rs.3,00,000/- from the de-facto complainant for securing a job in the Collectorate and thereafter, they have handed over a fabricated appointment order to the de-facto complainant. Hence, the case. 3.Heard. Perused the materials available on records including the First Information Report.

CRL OP(MD). No.6426 of 2022 4.It is a case of job racketing. There are three accused in this case The petitioner and other accused received a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- from the de-facto complainant in order to secure the job and thereafter, issued bogus appointment order and cheated the de-facto complainant. Apart from that, during the pendency of this petition, the petitioner has filed another application for anticipatory bail before this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3852 of 2023 and the same was allowed on 28.02.2023.

5.Since the petitioner has already obtained anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3852 of 2023, dated 28.02.2023, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
