2. It is brought to the notice of the Court, the parties have filed a compromise memo before the trial Court and on the basis of the compromise memo, a compromise decree has been passed on 12.10.2022. Hence, nothing survives to be adjudicated in the appeal and revision petition.

3. Hence, both the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal and Civil Revision Petition stand closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
