ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the third respondent police to give necessary police protection to the petitioner's life and limb on his representation dated 10.03.2023.

2. Even though the petition is for police protection for life and limb, the grievance of the petitioner is that the fourth respondent being the wife, developed illicit relationship with the fifth respondent, threatening the petitioner.

3. Be that as it may, the petitioner is now said to have been residing abroad and when he comes to India, it is open for the petitioner to make a petition to the respondent police, and they will enquire the same in accordance with law since the conflict seems to be arising out of the marital discord.

4. With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
