ORDER:- This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 15.11.2021 and the requisition letter submitted by the I Additional District Judge, Madurai in D.No.584 dated 01.02.2022, and this Court made the following order:

This Court, by earlier order dated 15.11.2021, granted six months time to dispose of Suit in O.S.No.94 of 2018, on the file of the I Additional District Court, Madurai.

2.The learned I Additional District Judge, Madurai addressed a letter, dated 01.02.2022, seeking further one month time to dispose of the suit, since a memo has been filed that the seventh respondent died.
