PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned dismissal order dated 22.02.2013 on the file of the fifth respondent and quash the same as illegal and consequently directing the second respondent to reinstate the petitioner as Panchayat Secretary (Previously called as Panchayat Clerk) at N.Keelaiyur Village, Thiruppathur Taluk, Sivagangai District. O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the impugned order passed by the fifth respondent dated 22.02.2013 and to quash the same and consequently direct the second respondent to reinstate the petitioner as Panchayat Secretary (Previously called as Panchayat Clerk) at N.Keelaiyur Village, Thiruppathur Taluk, Sivagangai District. 2/5

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner on instructions would submit that there is a remedy available to the petitioner by filing an appeal against the order passed by the fifth respondent.

3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to work out the remedy, in the manner known to law. No costs.
