To call for the records and set aside the order of conviction and sentence passed in S.C.No.613 of 2021 on the file of the Sessions Court (Mahila Court), Tirunelveli vide judgment dated 21.06.2023 and allow this appeal and acquit the Appellant/Accused from the charge leveled against him. Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.J.KARTHICK, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.MUTHUMANIKKAM, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- 1/3

This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.10768 of 2023 in Crl.A.(MD).No.614 of 2023 dated 17.08.2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that as per the direction of this Court, the petitioner is complying with the Conditions imposed by this Court regularly and hence he prayed to relax the condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.

4. Considering the submissions made on either side and the petitioner already appeared before Court below only once in a month, this Court finds no merit to entertain this petition.

5.Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
