For Petitioners : Mr.C.Susi Kumar COMMON ORDER This criminal original petition has been filed for a direction for returning the deposit amount of Rs.30,000/- which has been deposited in C.C.No.121/2006 by the petitioners. 2.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the Court below is directed to pass appropriate orders in the petition filed for returning the deposit amount, which has been deposited in C.C.Nos.121, 117, 137, 112, 125, 134 and 120 of 2006. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the
