This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register the FIR on basis of the complaint of the petitioner dated 09.01.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the State.

3. Learned Government Advocat(Crl.side) submits that the petitioner has given the complaint through Post.

4. In view of the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the petitioner is directed to lodge a complaint in person with the second respondent police. When the petitioner gives the complaint, the same shall be enquired into by the second respondent police and action would be taken in accordance with law.
