ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The writ on hand has been instituted to direct the respondents 1 to 5 to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner, along with other villagers, and to initiate legal action based on the representations dated 23.04.2020 and 29.04.2020. Consequently, the petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents 1 to 5 to recover and restore the lands in Survey Nos.3/1 and 3/2 of Thayilpatti Village, Sivakasi Taluk, Virudhunagar District, both physically and in official records, to their original status by cancelling all documents/deeds registered at the office of the sixth respondent. 2.The omni bus prayer sought for by the petitioner for recovery of Inam lands cannot be considered in writ proceedings. 3.The learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 6 and 13 & 14 submitted that the subject properties in the Writ Petition are patta lands.

4.As far as inam lands are concerned, the applicable law in force shall be followed for initiation of action.
5.With this clarification, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
