ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner in the order dated 28.01.2026 in CRL.MP.(MD).No. 1664 of 2026 in CRL.O.P.(MD).No.318 of 2026.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in CRL.MP.(MD).No.1664 of 2026 in CRL.O.P.(MD).No.318 of 2026 on 28.01.2026, regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied with the conditions more than 30 days.

4. Taking into consideration, the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court in CRL.MP.(MD).No.1664 of 2026 in CRL.O.P.(MD).No.318 of 2026 on 28.01.2026 is modified to the effect that " the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week at 10.30 a.m., until further orders".
