To stay the operation of Judgment and fair decreetal order made in MCOP No.41 of 2013 dated 26.10.2018 on the file of Motor Accident Claims Tribunal/ Court of Sub Judge, Vedasandur, Dindigul District pending this CMA.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.J.KUMARAVEL, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- Notice of motion returnable by 10.07.2019. Private notice is also permitted.

2. There shall be an order of interim stay on condition to deposit the entire award amount with accrued interest and costs to the credit of M.C.O.P.No.41 of 2013 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal / Sub Judge, Vedasandur, Dindigul District, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, the interim order granted shall stand vacated automatically without any further reference to this Court.

3. On such deposit, the Tribunal is directed to transfer the amount and deposit the same to the credit of C.M.A(MD)No.417 of 2019 before the Indian Bank, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court Branch, Madurai, which amount shall be deposited by the Indian Bank in an interest bearing account until further orders. 4.Post the matter on 10.07.2019.
