This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to set aside the order dated 28.02.2020 made in C.M.P No.967 of 2020 on the file of learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, at Madurai and direct the respondent police, B-1, Vilakuthun Police Station, Madurai to register the complaint, investigate and submit report to this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
