2. The stand of the revenue authority is that the petition mentioned survey number has been classified as pathway and that therefore, patta cannot be issued. If the petitioner has any pre-existing right, it is open to the petitioner to file a civil suit for establishing her rights.

3. With this liberty to the petitioner, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
