ORDER
The present petition is filed seeking to withdraw the case from the file of the Principal District Judge, Sivagangai in I.D.O.P.No.38 of 2013 and transfer the same to the file of the Principal District Judge, Trichy.
2.The marriage between the petitioner and respondent was solemnized on 30.10.2011. The respondent filed I.D.O.P.No.38 of 2013 before the Principal District Judge, Sivagangai for judicial separation. The petitioner pleads that she is not in a position to travel about 300 kms to defend the case filed by the respondent along with her child and therefore, the present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed.
3. Notice was served to the respondent and the respondent neither appeared in person nor through pleader and hence, the case is taken up for final hearing.
