This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents No.2 to 4, not to harass the petitioner except under due process of law.

2. Today, Mr.G.Marichamy, Special Sub Inspector of Police, Madurai City Crime Branch, Madurai District is present before this Court.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, submitted that on the complaint given by one Balasubramanian, petition enquiry is pending against the petitioner.

5. The petitioner is directed to participate in the enquiry and during enquiry, he shall not be harassed. During the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, the fourth respondent is free to register an FIR and this order shall not be a shield for the petitioner against arrest.
