Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to dispose the unnumbered Appeal dated 27.10.2023 and cancel the Patta is stand in the name of the Respondents 4 and 5 in Patta No. 24, 131, 766 and 987 in respect of the petitioners in Survey Nos. 446/1A, 449/4D, 423/4A, 402/3A4B, 482/2B1 and 461/7B2 situated at Aruppukottai Revenue Village, Virudhunagar District within the time fixed by this Court.

The second respondent is directed number the petitioner's appeal and give a disposal on merits and in accordance with law within a period of five months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
