Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the original records and the impugned order passed by the fourth respondent, dated 20.03.2021 and quash the same and directing the third respondent herein to give permission and protection to conduct Adal, Padal, Drama and other programs scheduled in the invitation for three days i.e., from 09.04.2021 to 11.04.2021 on the evening of Arulmighu Sri Kaliamman Temple festival situated in Royappanpatty Panchayat, Uthamapalayam Taluk, Theni District commences on 11.04.2021 at about 07.00 p.m to 11.00 p.m based on the petitioner's representation, dated 19.03.2021 within the time limit that may stipulated by this Court.
