ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A1, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 427, 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(II) of I.P.C. and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Women Harassment Act, in Crime No.28 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that there was a wordy quarrel with regard to the love affair of one Parkavi and Santhosh, on 01.02.2023 at about 04.30 p.m., the petitioners went to the de-facto complainant's house, abused him in filthy language and attacked him. Hence, the case.

3. Heard both side and perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report. It is reported that four previous cases are pending against the petitioner.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also the previous bad antecedents of the petitioner and the fact that earlier petition was dismissed only on 09.02.2023, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Hence the petition stands dismissed.
