O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to provide adequate Police protection to the petitioner and her family members to their life and limb based on the petitioner's representation dated 08.06.2016.

2. Today, Mr.S.Rama Murthy, Special Sub-Inspector of Police, Krishnankovil Police Station, Virudhunagar District, is present before this Court.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that the petitioner has

given a representation dated 08.06.2016 to the Director General of Police, Chennai and the same has been forwarded to the Inspector of Police, Virudhunagar for enquiry. The petitioner is directed to appear before the 3rd respondent to cooperate with the enquiry.

5. In view of the above, the Inspector of Police, Krishnankovil Police Station, Virudhunagar District is directed to conduct enquiry on the representation of the petitioner, dated 08.06.2016 by calling both parties and ensure that no harm befalls the petitioner.

6. With the above direction, this criminal original petition is closed.
