ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA,J.) Alleging that the petitioner's son viz., Anish, S/o.Gnanasekar, aged about 24 years old, was found missing on 25.11.2024, the respondent police has not taken any action, despite registering the case in Crime No.699 of 2024 under "Man Missing", the petitioner has come forward with the present Habeas Corpus Petition.

2.The respondent police has traced the missing person and produced before this Court.

3.We enquired the missing person, he submitted that due to misunderstanding with his father, he had gone out on his own volition to Palladam and he is working there. He further submitted that he is not under illegal detention by anybody and he has expressed his willingness to go along with his father, the petitioner herein.

4.Since the missing person is not under illegal detention and he has also expressed his willingness to go along with his father, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
