This petition has filed by the petitioner to direct the 2nd Page No. 1 of 4

respondent not to harass the petitioner based on the complaint given by the 3rd respondent under the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents no.1 and 2 would submit that based on the complaint given by the 3rd respondent, they called the petitioner for enquiry and thereafter, the enquiry was closed since the dispute is between the land lord and tenant. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. Since the prayer of the petitioner is not to harass the petitioner and already the 2nd respondent has also conducted an enquiry based on the complaint given by the 3rd respondent and the same was closed, nothing survive for further adjudication. In view of the same and recording the above said submission of the learned Government Advocate, this criminal original petition is closed.
