ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrayed as A2 and was remanded under judicial custody on 16.09.2016 by the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 353, 307 and 379 IPC in Crime No.152 of 2016 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused, illegally transported river sand without any valid licence.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is innocent and a false case has been foisted against him.

the petitioner was already involved in three previous cases. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and taking note of the previous bad antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Hence this petition is dismissed.
