This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file the final report in Crime No.240 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police.

2. Today, Mr.C.Kumaravel, Special Sub-Inspector of Police, Keeranur Police Station, Pudukkottai District, is present before this Court.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent.

4. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the investigation in Crime No.240 of 2015 has been completed and charge sheet has been filed on 10.08.2016 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Keeranur, but the same has not yet been taken on file. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Recording the same, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. The learned Judicial Magistrate, Keeranur is directed to pass appropriate orders in the charge sheet filed in Crime No.240 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible.
