ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to register the petitioner's complaint, dated 31.01.2021 based on the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai in CMP.No.7904 of 2022, dated 01.11.2022 and investigate the same and to file his final report within the time stipulated.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the point of jurisdiction enquiry has to be conducted by the Inspector of Police, Keerathurai. But, based on the order passed by the Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai the said complaint was forwarded to SHO- Avaniyapuram (L & O), Police Station, Madurai. According to him without amendment, no further enquiry will be undertaken by the Inspector of Police, Keerathurai.

3. Without even amending the jurisdiction point, the 2/5

Inspector of Police, Keerathurai, is directed to take further action in the said complaint and file a report before the Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai and inform the same to the court that on the point of the jurisdiction enquiry has been undertaken by the Inspector of Police, Keerathurai and that would suffice.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
