ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners/A1, A4 and A8, who were arrested on 08.04.2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294 (b), 323, 324, 506(ii) and 307 of IPC., in Crime No.111 of 2007, on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that due to previous enmity on 07.04.2017, a wordy altercation arose between accused persons and the defacto complainant's family members. Consequently, the accused persons attacked the defacto complainant with deadly weapons and abused using filthy language and gave a life threat to the defacto complainant with dire consequences.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ injured persons were discharged from the Hospital on 17.04.2017.
4. Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioners and the gravity of the crime and also the fact that the injured were discharged from the hospital after taking treatment for ten days, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners and accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. sd/- 24/04/2017 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
