ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J) This writ petition is filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to shift the bus stop situated at Service Road, Tirunelveli-Ambasamudram Highway by considering the petitioner's representation dated 24.02.2023.

2.We do not think that such a Mandamus could be issued, since the location of the bus stop is an essential policy decision, which involves determination of the several factors. Not being the experts in the field, we do not think we could encroach upon the domain expertise of the authorities in deciding the location of the bus stop.

3.Hence, this writ petition fails and it is accordingly, dismissed. If the petitioner has got any other civil right, it will be open to him to enforce that right. No costs.
