ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been preferred to direct the second respondent to complete the investigation and to file a final report in Cr. No.2618 of 2016.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents/State.

On the complaint lodged by the petitioner, a case in Cr. No.2618 of 2016 has been registered on 09.12.2016 under Section 379, IPC against unknown accused. It is the grievance of the petitioner that his motorcycle, which was parked near his house, has been stolen.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that within three months time, the police will complete the enquiry and if they are not able to find out the accused, they will take action or inter alia close the case as "undetected". https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), three months time is granted to the respondents to complete the investigation in Cr. No.2618 of 2016.

With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
