O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 2 to take necessary action on the petitioner's complaint dated 17.02.2025 by conducting investigation as expeditiously as possible.
2.According to the petitioner, he lodged a complaint, dated 17.02.2025, against one Hariharan and others, for the misappropriation of funds to the tune of Rs.32,52,920. The said Hariharan was the Manager of the petitioner's two wheeler company. But the said complaint has not been considered. Hence this petition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that already the said Hariharan approached this Court through Crl.O.P(MD)No.3860 of 2025 seeking not to harass him and this Court also directed the respondent police to conduct enquiry and dispose of the same within a week. Therefore, a summons has been issued to both the parties and the date of enquiry was 2/4
fixed today. In the mean time, this petitioner also filed this petition. He would further submit that the respondent police will conduct enquiry as directed by this Court and take appropriate action in accordance with law.
