This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C to direct the the second and third respondents not to interfere with the civil dispute in respect of the property in survey No.21/5A, 5B, 5C and in Survey No.21/4, 21/3, 20/1, 2 & 3 in situated at Kidaripatti Village, Melur Taluk, Madurai District.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.
