This petition is filed by the petitioner that the petitioner was in love with one Kanimozhi and she has been illegally detained by her parents.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner fairly submits that the said Kanimozhi has escaped from the clutches of her parents and she also got married on 03.06.2020. However, if any threat is caused to the petitioner and to his wife, it is open to the petitioner to lodge a complaint before the respondent police and he is at liberty to file necessary application at that relevant point of time.
