This Petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P. (MD) No.2770 of 2025, dated 14.02.2025.

2. Mr.N.Jeyaram Sidharth, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was hospitalised and hence, he was unable to arrange surety. Hence, he prays to grant further time to surrender and execute the sureties. 1/3

3. Heard Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and time is extended till 28.03.2025 to comply the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.2770 of 2025, dated 14.02.2025.
