Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a WRIT OF CERTIORARI to call for the records on the file of the respondent in connection with the impugned Suo-moto revisional Enquiry Notice issued by him in his proceedings in Na.Ka.4915/10/Sa.Pa. dated 17.08.2010 and quash the same as illegal and arbitrary.
