PRAYER :- to extend the time to comply with the order made in Crl.RC(MD) No.939 of 2019 by this Hon'ble Court, dated 10.01.2020 ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this court in CRL RC(MD) No.939 of 2019 dated 10.01.2020 for depositing a sum of Rs.1,00,000/-.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would admit that the petitioner could not comply with the order within the time frame as ordered by this Court. Hence, he prays to grant further time.
