RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition to imposed by this Honble in Crl M.P (MD) No. 3192 of 2022 in Crl A (MD) No. 345 of 2020 dated 10.03.2022 to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial court once in fifteen days at 10.30 am untill further orders and the place of condition may be modify to respondent police instead of trial court.

To call for the records in Spl.SC.No.40 of 2019 dated 14.10.2020 on the file of the Court of Sessions (Special Court for SC/ST(POA) Act), Srivilliputtur, Virudhunagar District, set aside the same, Acquit the appellant/Single Accused herein. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SANTHANAM RAJESH KUMAR.B., Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.AASHA, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed praying this Court to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.3192 of 2022 in Crl.A(MD)No.345 of 2020, dated 10.03.2022 to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court once in fifteen days at 10.30 am.

CRL MP(MD) No.4799 of 2022 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner stated that the petitioner is suffering from piles, urinary problems and back pain. Hence it is very difficult to travel more than 150 kilometer and appear before the trial Court once in fifteen days.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner is regularly complying with the condition.
4.In the light of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.3192 of 2022 in Crl.A(MD)No.345 of 2020, dated 10.03.2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a month i.e., on the first working day of every English calender month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
5.Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
