Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner is the retired Tahsildar. The petitioner's wife suffered from cancer. She took treatment. The petitioner incurred a 2/5

3 W.P.(MD)NO.5773 OF 2023 substantial sum towards her treatment. He wants reimbursement. The petitioner's case has been recommended to be considered under the Medical Attendance Rules.

3. The petitioner is permitted to resubmit the papers before the fifth respondent. The fifth respondent shall process the same and forward it to the second respondent. The second respondent shall consider the same and quantify the eligible amount payable to the petitioner and pay the same directly. The entire exercise shall be concluded within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition stands allowed. No costs.
