O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 & 2 to disburse his provident fund and pension in Universal Account No.100387353876 and consequently to direct the third respondent to return his original license and school certificate.

2. Insofar as the relief sought against the respondent Nos.1 & 2 is concerned, on being informed by Mr.P.Karthick learned counsel appearing for the respondent Nos.1 & 2 that the petitioner has to submit an online application in Form Nos.19 and 10D for payment of provident fund and pension respectively, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner would make appropriate application online as required under law.

3. In view of the same, the relief sought as against the respondent Nos.1 & 2 is concerned need not be considered by this Court.

Insofar as the relief sought against the respondent No.3 is concerned, Mr.M.Ganesan, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No. 3, submitted that the petitioner was not properly relieved from the respondent No.3 - Institute and the petitioner suddenly disappeared from service. He also further submitted that in case if the petitioner makes any application in the appropriate form, the same would be considered and the original certificates of the petitioner would be returned.

In the light of the above, this writ petition is disposed of by permitting the petitioner to make an application to the respondent No.3 - Institute seeking return of the original driving licence and school certificates within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In case if the petitioner makes any such application, the respondent No.3 shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders within a further period of six weeks from the date of receipt of such application.
