ORDER

This petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the respondent Police to file a final report in Crime No.21 of 2018 on the file of the respondent Police before the Court concerned within a time stipulated by this Court.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the final report in Crime No.21 of 2018 on the file of the respondent Police, has already been filed before the concerned Judicial Magistrate Court on 17.03.2020 itself. In view of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Court has not taken the final report on file and therefore, the case has not been proceeded further. 3.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the investigation was completed and final report was also filed before the Court concerned, this criminal original petition is closed as infructuous.
