To call for the records pertaining to the Special Sessions Case No.39 of2018 on the file of the Learned Fast Track Mahila Judge, Dindigul and set aside the judgment dated 06.11.2019 and acquit the appellant/accused from the charges leveled against the petitioner. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.A.CHANDRAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.RMS.SETHURAMAN, Counsel for State(Criminal Side) for the respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.3485 of 2020 in Crl.A(MD)No.90 of 2020 dated 14.07.2020.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.3485 of 2020 in Crl.A(MD)No.90 of 2020 dated 14.07.2020 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

Crl.M.P(MD)No.3037 of 2021 3.The learned Standing Counsel for State Government submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly. 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.3485 of 2020 in Crl.A(MD)No.90 of 2020 dated 14.07.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court once in two months i.e., on the first working day of every two month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
